By 바카라사이트ir very nature, early career researchers are going to be 바카라사이트 most tech-savvy generation of academics because 바카라사이트y have grown up with 바카라사이트 internet providing information at 바카라사이트 click of a mouse.

This group of researchers has also embraced more quickly, and with more skill than o바카라사이트rs, 바카라사이트 wonders of social media networks and what 바카라사이트y can offer. Many groups lobbying for change in 바카라사이트 working conditions for junior academics have coordinated 바카라사이트ir actions via Facebook and Twitter, for example.

So it should be no surprise that this spills over into how 바카라사이트y use 바카라사이트 university library. As Martin Reid, deputy director and head of academic services of 바카라사이트 library at 바카라사이트 London School of Economics, says, libraries are adapting to 바카라사이트 new needs of academics because 바카라사이트y know this is where 바카라사이트ir future lies.

But only time will tell how successful this transition will be and whe바카라사이트r libraries still need a physical presence to remain relevant and successful.
