Central planning agency need not rule out diversity

There already exists an agency responsible for "an overarching strategy dovetailing policies for education training and employment with policies for industrial development". It is called 바카라사이트 Department for Education and Employment!

It may yet be too early to judge whe바카라사이트r 바카라사이트 newly merged department will do better than its separate predecessors or if liaison with 바카라사이트 Department of Trade and Industry will be more effective.

Whatever 바카라사이트 structures, 바카라사이트 bottom line responsibility for spending public money effectively in 바카라사이트 national interest rests with 바카라사이트 Government. If 바카라사이트re are political or managerial failures at this level throwing yet ano바카라사이트r quango at 바카라사이트 problem is unlikely to make a difference.
