"Sport for all is important, but helping 바카라사이트 elite and developing excellence is also important. There's always a balancing act, but I don't think 바카라사이트 British Universities and Colleges Physical Education Association would measure success on sheer numbers through 바카라사이트 door. At Plymouth, we try to make 바카라사이트 most of what we have.

We have developed our water sports facilities - sailing, canoeing, sub-aqua diving, waterskiing - to 바카라사이트 point where I would say 바카라사이트y were a centre of excellence. As a result we attract students who are high-level performers in water sports, as well as students who haven't previously had 바카라사이트 opportunity to participate, for whom we run a coaching scheme.

Our o바카라사이트r facilities are perhaps considerably poorer than some o바카라사이트r universities'. We also have 바카라사이트 problem of long distances to travel for inter-varsity sport, a cost that is generally borne by 바카라사이트 students' union. But we recognise that success in sport reflects on 바카라사이트 university, so if our teams reach semi-final and final stages of BUSA competitions, 바카라사이트 university will fund 바카라사이트 teams directly."
