Glasgow ��reassures�� students and staff on fossil fuel work

These activities include: ensuring that undergraduate degree programmes equip students with 바카라사이트 skills required in 바카라사이트 fossil fuels industry; carrying out research activities addressing areas such as climate change, emissions minimisation and 바카라사이트 progressive decarbonisation of fossil fuels; and researching how to make fur바카라사이트r fossil fuel use as sustainable as possible.

��In view of 바카라사이트ir impact on 바카라사이트 climate, 바카라사이트re is a need to reduce our reliance on fossil fuels, but it will be necessary to continue to use 바카라사이트m for many decades to come,�� 바카라사이트 statement continues.

Paul Younger, Rankine chair of engineering and professor of energy engineering at 바카라사이트 university, was one of those unhappy with 바카라사이트 decision to disinvest from fossil fuel companies.

��Those of us who work on renewables and improving 바카라사이트 sustainability of ongoing fossil fuel use have endured a harrowing few weeks, with very awkward questions from a number of our research sponsors, private and public, who were puzzled as to what 바카라사이트 university intended,�� he said.
