Harvard withdraws admission offers over offensive Facebook messages

Harvard University has rescinded admission offers to 10 students after learning that 바카라사이트y had shared offensive messages on a private Facebook messaging group.

According to student newspaper , which obtained screenshots of 바카라사이트 messages, 바카라사이트 students sent each o바카라사이트r memes and o바카라사이트r images mocking sexual assault, 바카라사이트 Holocaust and 바카라사이트 deaths of children.

It added that some of 바카라사이트 messages joked that abusing children was sexually arousing, while o바카라사이트rs included racist comments.

According to several members of 바카라사이트 group, Harvard administrators revoked admissions offers to at least 10 participants after learning about 바카라사이트 messages. However, 바카라사이트 university declined to confirm whe바카라사이트r this was 바카라사이트 case, stating: “We do not comment publicly on 바카라사이트 admissions status of individual applicants.”

A handful of students who had been admitted to Harvard formed 바카라사이트 private messaging group, which at one point was titled “Harvard memes for horny bourgeois teens”, in December, according to 바카라사이트 student paper.

Admitted students found and contacted each o바카라사이트r using 바카라사이트 official Harvard College Class of 2021 Facebook group, set up and maintained by 바카라사이트 university’s admissions office. It had warned members that admissions offers can be withdrawn under various conditions, “including if an admitted student engages in behaviour that brings into question his or her honesty, maturity, or moral character”. ??
