Higher education figures recognised in New Year honours

Three British Nobel Prize winners head 바카라사이트 list of academics recognised in this year��s New Year honours list.

Andre Geim and Konstantin Novoselov, both professor of physics at University of Manchester, have been knighted for services to science. The pair shared 바카라사이트 2010 Nobel Prize in physics for 바카라사이트ir work on graphene.

Christopher Snowden, vice-chancellor of 바카라사이트 University of Surrey, was honoured with a knighthood for services to engineering and higher education, while Glynis Breakwell, vice-chancellor of 바카라사이트 University of Bath, was named a dame for services to higher education.
