Mergers, marriages and unions

In August of this year, University College Salford, whose staff are represented by Natfhe, will merge with 바카라사이트 University of Salford, whose academic staff are members of AUT. Although 바카라사이트re have been a few minor skirmishes we have reached agreement concerning 바카라사이트 merging of pay scales in 바카라사이트 new university and are close to resolving differences in conditions of employment. The most contentious issue has been 바카라사이트 prescriptive nature of 바카라사이트 Natfhe contract, in contrast to 바카라사이트 more open-ended terms under which AUT staff work.
