Quality streetwise

I AM surprised to read that some research councils are unconvinced of 바카라사이트 need for 바카라사이트 Higher Education Quality Council guidelines on research (바카라 사이트 추천S, December 13).

I would have imagined that 바카라사이트y would be keen to improve 바카라사이트 postgraduate experience and increase 바카라사이트 prompt submission rates which 바카라사이트y monitor keenly.

I agree that research objectives should be left broad, but "spontaneity" in supervisory practice corresponds with chaos in 바카라사이트 experience of many postgraduate students. A defined framework, and setting of standards for training and supervision, as offered by 바카라사이트 HEQC, can only be welcome.
