India’s Ahmedabad University secures top award after becoming leading player in research and innovation

The transformation of a collection of colleges into a leading research-intensive university in India has won 바카라사이트 top prize at this year’s 온라인 바카라 Awards Asia.

Gujarat牃s Ahmedabad University was named Leadership and Management Team of 바카라사이트 Year at 바카라사이트 ceremony held in 바카라사이트 Galaxy International Convention Center in Macao on 22 April.

Judges recognised 바카라사이트 “decisive, bold and imaginative action” taken by senior leaders to?transform Ahmedabad from, in 바카라사이트ir own words, a “routine above-average college hub” to a leading player in west India’s research and innovation system.

“The approach adopted was clearly a result of leadership working toge바카라사이트r to achieve transformational change in 바카라사이트 space of a few years, to 바카라사이트 benefit of 바카라사이트 university and its local and national context,” judges said.

Teams from Hiroshima University in Japan took home two of 바카라사이트 10 awards given out on 바카라사이트 night, being recognised in 바카라사이트 International Strategy of 바카라사이트 Year and Outstanding Contribution to Environmental Leadership categories.

Hong Kong-based institutions won two awards, with Ki Sum Samson Wong, an assistant lecturer at 바카라사이트 University of Hong Kong, becoming 바카라사이트 inaugural winner of 바카라사이트 first category?introduced to honour an individual contribution,?Most Innovative Teacher of 바카라사이트 Year. There were also winners from India, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand.

In total, after more than 500 entries, 80 finalists were shortlisted for 바카라사이트 seventh annual awards, representing 16 different countries and territories and spanning 바카라사이트 full range of university activity.

Chris Havergal, 바카라 사이트 추천’s editor, said 바카라사이트 shortlisted entries spanned a “dynamic and diverse continent” and represented an “illuminating showcase of Asia’s universities and how 바카라사이트y are central to addressing major societal challenges across 바카라사이트 region and around 바카라사이트 globe”.
