Egerton University

Egerton University is 바카라사이트 oldest university in Kenya having been in 1939. It was founded as Egerton Farm College.

It became part of 바카라사이트 University of Kenya in 1986 and a university in its own right in 1987.

The university is based across four campuses in Njoro, 70 miles from Kenya¡¯s capital, Nairobi. The main Njoro campus hosts 바카라사이트 faculties of agriculture, arts and social sciences, education and community studies, engineering and technology, environment and resources and science and veterinary medicine.

The nearby Kenyatta campus has 바카라사이트 Centre for Capacity Building and is planned to accommodate 바카라사이트 school of Open and Distance Learning.

Nakuru Campus hosts law, commerce and health sciences while courses in commerce and arts and sciences are taught at 바카라사이트 Nairobi campus. The university runs distance courses in collaboration with Africa Virtual University.
