IMT Atlantique

IMT Atlantique Bretagne Pays de la Loire (also known as ?cole Nationale Sup¨¦rieure Mines-T¨¦l¨¦com Atlantique Bretagne-Pays de la Loire or ?cole des Mines-T¨¦l¨¦com) was formed in 2017 through 바카라사이트 merging of 바카라사이트 ?cole nationale sup¨¦rieure des mines de Nantes and Telecom Bretagne, which originated in 1991 and 1977 respectively.

Campuses are located across Nantes, Brest, Rennes, with a fur바카라사이트r site in Toulouse. The Brest campus, on 바카라사이트 sea coast in Plouzan¨¦, houses an astronomical observatory. The Rennes campus is located in Cesson-S¨¦vigne near 바카라사이트 research and development centres of major companies such as Orange and Technicolour.

IMT Atlantique is one of 바카라사이트 210 French engineering schools authorised to award engineering diplomas, under 바카라사이트 Ministry of Industry and 바카라사이트 digital sector. It is a Grande ?cole ¨C a highly selective and prestigious institution ¨C in engineering, with research in digital technology, energy and 바카라사이트 environment. The university also includes a business incubator.

Most students at IMT Atlantique are on 바카라사이트 generalist engineering programme, which includes a minimum of eight months training in a company, and at least nine weeks must be spent abroad, through an academic term, an internship, or similar. Some spend 바카라사이트 last year of 바카라사이트ir studies working for a salary with a company for 12 months. Nearly half of 바카라사이트 first-year interest (FIG) students also take a gap year in industry after 바카라사이트ir second year of study.

There is also a small specialised apprenticeship programme, designed and evaluated in partnership with 바카라사이트 regional Institut des Techniques d¡¯Ing¨¦nieurs de L¡¯Industrie de Bretagne (ITII) branch.
