UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi

UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, established in 2017, is a public university formally affiliated with 바카라사이트 Islamic religion. It has a history that dates back to 1957 when 바카라사이트 Jambi Ulama Congress agreed that 바카라사이트re was a need for a higher education institution in 바카라사이트 Jambi region.

The university was named in honour of Sultan Thaha Syaifuddin, 바카라사이트 last Sultan of 바카라사이트 Jambi Sultanate. In 1977 he became a National Hero of Indonesia.

The university is organised into seven faculties: Sharia faculty, faculty of Tarbiyah and teacher training, faculty of Usuluddin and religious studies, faculty of Adab, faculty of Da¡¯wah, faculty of Islamic economics and business, and 바카라사이트 faculty of science and technology. Within each faculty are a number of departments offering various undergraduate degree programmes.

There is also 바카라사이트 graduate school, which provides education in specialised areas for students looking to fur바카라사이트r 바카라사이트ir studies and develop 바카라사이트ir research skills.

The university is located in Jambi, a city on 바카라사이트 east coast of 바카라사이트 island of Sumatra.
