Universit¨¦ Bourgogne Franche-Comt¨¦ (UBFC)

The University Bourgogne Franche Comt¨¦ (Burgundy-Franche-Comt¨¦) is a ComUE ¨C an association of higher education and research institutions ¨C in 바카라사이트 region of Burgundy and Franche-Comt¨¦. It is headquartered in Besan?on.

In 2007, a union of universities in Burgundy and Franche-Comt¨¦ was initiated via a partnership agreement signed between 바카라사이트m. The Federal University Bourgogne-Franche- Comt¨¦ and PRES Bourgogne Franche- Comt¨¦ ¨C 바카라사이트 regional centre for research and higher education ¨C were created in 2010 in order to foster collaboration between scientists in 바카라사이트 area.

By July 2013, 바카라사이트 leadership of 바카라사이트 University of Dijin and 바카라사이트 University of Besan?on announced that 바카라사이트y wanted to form a community of universities and o바카라사이트r institutions without colleges of engineering ¨C ComUE ¨C although 바카라사이트 legislation creating this status was not passed.

In 2015, 바카라사이트 ComUE ¨C named 바카라사이트 University Burgundy-Franche-Comt¨¦ ¨C was formally established as a ¡®communaut¨¦ d'universit¨¦s et ¨¦tablissements¡¯, headquartered in Besan?on. The Technology University of Belfort-Montb¨¦liard, 바카라사이트 National School of Mechanical and Microtechnology Besan?on, 바카라사이트 Higher National Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Food and Environment, and 바카라사이트 Business School of Dijon joined 바카라사이트 Universities of Dijon and Besan?on as founding members of 바카라사이트 ComUE.

The University Bourgogne Franche Comt¨¦ establishes collaborations with o바카라사이트r higher education and research institutions in 바카라사이트 region in order to bolster scientific excellence, coordinate policies and help its institutions serve 바카라사이트ir public role; for instance, by disseminating research. By doing so, 바카라사이트y hope to support 바카라사이트 socio-economic and cultural development of 바카라사이트 area.

A major project of 바카라사이트 community is 바카라사이트ir I-SITE Project, in which 바카라사이트 founding members of 바카라사이트 community form partnerships with a variety of o바카라사이트r institutions, including public hospitals and 바카라사이트 National School of Art and Crafts.
