University of Mons

The University of Mons is based in Belgium.

The university was formed in 2009, as part of wider reforms in 바카라사이트 Wallonia-Brussels Federation region of Belgium, through 바카라사이트 merger of 바카라사이트 engineering faculty and 바카라사이트 University of Mons-Hainault (founded in 1965). It is now co-president of 바카라사이트 Pole Hainuyer federation of three universities, six specialist institutions and 26 continuing education bodies providing around 600 courses to adults across Hainault.

The university has campuses in Mon and Charleroi.

Around 100 degree courses are provided by 바카라사이트 faculties of architecture and urban planning, medicine and pharmacy, engineering, psychology and education, translation and interpretation, science, business and management and schools of law, teacher training and humanities and social sciences.

Research institutions, many of which are based at 바카라사이트 Initialis Science Park on 바카라사이트 edge of Mons, focus on topics such as risk management and complex systems.

UMONS has around 300 international partnerships in more than 50 countries. Around a quarter of 바카라사이트 studnet population is international from 73 different countries.
