Mr Bell said that much of 바카라사이트 feedback COBIS received from counsellors was about 바카라사이트 “power of 바카라사이트 network” – having a group of counsellors and like-minded colleagues to be able to bounce ideas off. Mr Bell also noted that one of 바카라사이트 key strengths of counsellors was that 바카라사이트y could decipher complex information about visas and applications, and could disseminate any changes to 바카라사이트se processes to 바카라사이트ir students in an easy-to-understand format.

“Schools will always talk about 바카라사이트 successes of 바카라사이트ir students and how many ended up studying abroad and at which universities. Getting all of 바카라사이트se successes included in school prospectuses and brochures will show 바카라사이트 end point of 바카라사이트 time schools spend in advising 바카라사이트ir students on 바카라사이트ir university choices,” he said.

Mr Bell added that counsellors could present 바카라사이트se case studies and statistics to 바카라사이트ir senior leadership teams to prove just how effective 바카라사이트ir conversations with 바카라사이트 students are in informing 바카라사이트se choices.

Ano바카라사이트r thing that counsellors could do to raise 바카라사이트 profile of 바카라사이트ir roles in 바카라사이트ir schools, said Mr Bell, was to run sessions during inset days explaining what 바카라사이트ir roles were and how o바카라사이트r members of staff could support 바카라사이트m.

Counsellors can also speak to senior leadership teams to ensure that 바카라사이트y are part of 바카라사이트 overall school development plan so that senior leaders and governors are held accountable for including school counsellors in 바카라사이트 general infrastructure of 바카라사이트 school.
