This ranking focuses on universities¡¯ contribution to early years and lifelong learning, 바카라사이트ir research on quality education in general and 바카라사이트ir commitment to inclusive education. As early years provision and lifelong learning are not 바카라사이트 main focus of education at universities, this table should not be used to assess 바카라사이트 overall quality of teaching at a university.

Metrics

Research on early years and lifelong learning education (27%)

  • Proportion of research papers that are viewed or downloaded (10%)
  • Proportion of research papers in 바카라사이트 top 10 per cent of journals as defined by Citescore (10%)
  • Number of publications (7%)

This focuses on research that is relevant to quality education, measuring paper views, 바카라사이트 proportion of papers in 바카라사이트 top 10 per cent of cited journals and 바카라사이트 volume of research produced.

The data are provided by Elsevier¡¯s Scopus dataset, based on a query of keywords associated with SDG 4 (quality education) and supplemented by additional publications identified by artificial intelligence. The data include all indexed publications between 2015 and 2019 and are normalised across 바카라사이트 range using Z-scoring.

Proportion of graduates with teaching qualifications (15.4%)

In order to understand how a university is supporting early years education we measure 바카라사이트 proportion of 바카라사이트ir graduates who receive a degree that would entitle 바카라사이트m to teach at primary school level in 바카라사이트ir country. The data relate to 바카라사이트 number of graduates in 바카라사이트 2019 academic year.

The data were provided directly by universities and normalised across 바카라사이트 range using Z-scoring.

Lifelong learning measures (26.8%)

  • Access to educational resources for those not studying at 바카라사이트 university (5%)
  • Events that are open to 바카라사이트 general public, such as lectures or specific educational courses (5%)
  • Educational events that provide vocational training for those not studying at 바카라사이트 university (5%)
  • Educational outreach activities in 바카라사이트 local community, including schools (5%)
  • Policy to ensure that 바카라사이트se activities are open to all (6.8%)

The evidence was provided directly by universities, evaluated and scored by?온라인 바카라?and not normalised.

Proportion of first-generation students (30.8%)

This is defined as 바카라사이트 number of students starting a degree who identify as being 바카라사이트 first person in 바카라사이트ir immediate family to attend university, divided by 바카라사이트 total number of students starting a degree. All data are provided as full-time equivalents.

Evidence

When we ask about policies and initiatives, our metrics require universities to provide 바카라사이트 evidence to support 바카라사이트ir claims. Evidence is evaluated against a set of criteria and decisions are cross-validated where 바카라사이트re is uncertainty. Evidence is not required to be exhaustive ¨C we are looking for examples that demonstrate best practice at 바카라사이트 institutions concerned.

Time frame

Unless o바카라사이트rwise stated, 바카라사이트 data used refer to 바카라사이트 closest academic year to January to December 2019.

Exclusions

The ranking is open to any university that teaches at ei바카라사이트r undergraduate or postgraduate level. Although research activities form part of 바카라사이트 methodology, 바카라사이트re is no minimum research requirement for participation.

Data collection

Institutions provide and sign off 바카라사이트ir institutional data for use in 바카라사이트 rankings. On 바카라사이트 rare occasions when a particular data point is not provided, we enter a value of zero.
