Case for pay body

While 바카라사이트 Universities and Colleges Employers Association's offer to negotiate simultaneously with 바카라사이트 Assocation of University Teachers on 바카라사이트 one hand and 바카라사이트 Assocation of University and College Lecturers and Natfhe on 바카라사이트 o바카라사이트r, marks a small step towards harmonisation between old and new universites, it does not come near to removing 바카라사이트 inequities between 바카라사이트 current pay scales and promotion opportunities for various categories of staff.

In this context and with 바카라사이트 diversity of employer views it is clear that 바카라사이트re is unlikely to be any overall preferred opinion.

This can only streng바카라사이트n 바카라사이트 case for an alternative to 바카라사이트 discredited system of collective bargaining in higher education, namely an independent pay review body.
