Copyright reforms to aid research

Sweeping reforms to copyright law are set to open 바카라사이트 door for greater access to research papers.

Business secretary Vince Cable announced today that ministers have accepted recommendations on intellectual property made in a review of 바카라사이트 issue by Ian Hargreaves, professor of digital economy at Cardiff Business School.

Procedures will be made to open up a range of works locked away in libraries and museums and unavailable for consumer or research purposes, Mr Cable said.
