Finland may charge foreign students

The Finnish Government is drawing up legislation to allow it to charge university tuition fees to overseas students. The draft bill could allow universities to charge students from outside 바카라사이트 European Union or 바카라사이트 European Economic Area, 바카라사이트 Finnish daily newspaper Helsingin Sanomat reported. Currently, Finnish law states that tuition for degrees must be free, making it difficult for 바카라사이트 country's higher education institutions to gain financially from selling education to foreign students as neighbouring European countries have done.
