Funding link to quality broken

The assumed connection between funding and quality in higher education appears to have broken down, according to an analysis of teaching funding published by The 바카라 사이트 추천S this week.

The analysis, by Peter Knight, vice chancellor of 바카라사이트 University of Central England in Birmingham, shows that an apparent link between institutions receiving above-average funding and teaching assessed as "excellent" in 1993/94 was "completely overridden" this year.

The analysis also shows a shift in funding from "old" to "new" universities of more than Pounds 25 million.
