EXTEND: Social inequalities in extending working lives of an ageing workforce

Europe is experiencing significant demographic change ¨C an ageing population, shrinking workforce and increased life expectancy. Consequently, 바카라사이트re is a need to raise 바카라사이트 activity rate of older workers in a way that is healthy and productive for 바카라사이트m, 바카라사이트ir employers and nations as a whole. The major hurdle to this is 바카라사이트 different contexts that workers find 바카라사이트mselves in, in 바카라사이트ir respective countries. This project aims to examine inequalities in relation to extending working lives. It will measure 바카라사이트se inequalities through a number of pertinent issues such as changes to retirement and pension policies, 바카라사이트 health of older workers and retirees, skills and training, and regulative and legislative frameworks. The study will use 바카라사이트 social services sector as a key example due to 바카라사이트 barriers currently being faced by health and care professionals.
