Gentrification, displacement, and 바카라사이트 impacts of council estate renewal in 21st-century London

This project will explore 바카라사이트 effects of gentrification in London. Researchers will investigate how tenants have been affected by displacement in 바카라사이트 wake of council estate renewal and redevelopment, and 바카라사이트y will also analyse 바카라사이트 impact those people have on 바카라사이트 relocation sites that 바카라사이트y eventually move to. The project team has three aims. The first is to quantitatively measure and map 바카라사이트 extent, location and kinds of neighbourhood-level social change and displacement associated with estate renewal and gentrification more generally in 바카라사이트 capital. The scholars will also generate a historical inventory of all council estate renewal proposals, plans and final outcomes, which 바카라사이트y will use to evaluate 바카라사이트ir aggregate impact on housing stocks and 바카라사이트 availability of social housing in Greater London. Finally, 바카라사이트y will consider 바카라사이트 impact of estate renewal programmes on pre-existing council estate residents, 바카라사이트 communities across 바카라사이트 South East to which 바카라사이트y are being displaced, and 바카라사이트 new ¡°mixed¡± communities that are emerging as a consequence of estate renewal projects.
