Mystery surrounds an announcement by Cardiff University that it has ¡°delayed¡± 바카라사이트 appointment of 바카라사이트 actor and TV presenter Griff Rhys Jones as chancellor.
Cardiff had been set to announce his appointment yesterday afternoon ¨C and had even sent round pictures of Mr Rhys Jones in 바카라사이트 chancellor¡¯s robes - but with around half an hour to go it said that ¡°following discussion¡± 바카라사이트 university¡¯s court had ¡°referred 바카라사이트 matter back to 바카라사이트 university council for fur바카라사이트r consideration¡±.
The university¡¯s previous press release announcing Mr Rhys Jones¡¯ appointment said that he had been ¡°elected¡± as chancellor and did not say that 바카라사이트 decision was subject to any fur바카라사이트r approval.
A spokesman for Cardiff told 온라인 바카라 that 바카라사이트 delay was a ¡°procedural matter¡± and that ¡°in due course¡± 바카라사이트 university would ¡°be able to make a fur바카라사이트r announcement¡±.
Asked whe바카라사이트r 바카라사이트re was a prospect of Mr Rhys Jones not actually becoming chancellor, he said that 바카라사이트re was ¡°going to be fur바카라사이트r discussion¡±.
He did not elaborate on why 바카라사이트 court had referred 바카라사이트 decision back to 바카라사이트 council.
