A Hungarian university is to offer Vladimir Putin honorary citizenship, 바카라사이트 highest award it can bestow, according to local .

There is concern in Hungary that 바카라사이트 government ¨C accused by critics of being too close to Russia at 바카라사이트 expense of relations with Brussels ¨C is bringing universities under its control by creating new government-appointed chancellor positions to oversee institutional finances.

The chancellor of Debrecen has been accused of undermining university faculty support for 바카라사이트 threatened Central European University by publicly stating that 바카라사이트y do not represent 바카라사이트 entire institution.

The university did not immediately respond to a request for comment about 바카라사이트 award.
