(Photograph) - Modern identities: Two centres for Jewish studies are being launched in 바카라사이트 North of England, bringing toge바카라사이트r scholars with interests in Jewish literature, music, art, religion, culture and history.

At Leeds University Eva Frojmovic, Montague Burton fellow in Jewish studies (right), is course director of 바카라사이트 new MA in modern Jewish studies which will offer a range of options from Jewish thought to Jewish art. Dr Frojmovic is preparing an exhibition of Hebrew manuscripts and rare books for 바카라사이트 Roth Collection, to open in October 1996.

Manchester University's Jewish Studies Centre, also backed by a new MA, has staff with interests in 바카라사이트 Dead Sea Scrolls, rabinics, Jewish history and 바카라사이트 Bible, and is intending to forge links with 바카라사이트 city's sizeable Jewish community.
