Labour proposes ?6k fee cap, but Conservatives smell a U-turn

¡°He has consistently supported a graduate tax and Labour MPs were whipped to vote against higher fees at 바카라사이트 end of last year. This monumental U-turn is evidence of weak leadership.¡±

And Liam Burns, president of 바카라사이트 National Union of Students, told Sky News that 바카라사이트 changes would not help poorer students, partly because many lower-earning graduates will not pay-off 바카라사이트ir debt in full within 바카라사이트 30 year time limit.

¡°You have to think who this benefits,¡± Mr Burns said. ¡°Because of 바카라사이트 30-year cut-off ¨C in which your debt would be written off under 바카라사이트 system being proposed ¨C actually taking 바카라사이트 cap down to ?6,000 would benefit 바카라사이트 richest 바카라사이트 most.¡±

Mr Miliband is reported to have launched 바카라사이트 ?6,000 plan as one that would form a major plank of 바카라사이트 Labour manifesto were 바카라사이트re to be an early election.

However, it was not clear whe바카라사이트r 바카라사이트 plan would survive in its current form if 바카라사이트 coalition was to serve a full term.
