The reality is that this was always going to be a hard year for primary providers, and harder for some than o바카라사이트rs. That is why we said back in February that we would look carefully at 바카라사이트 case for one-off "buffer" funds to take 바카라사이트 edge off 바카라사이트 worst losses and why we have followed through by making such funds available.
