Loans system can¡¯t go on like this, senior figures say

The poll, of 46 higher education professionals, was carried out at a ¡°Future of Higher Education¡± debate hosted by 바카라사이트 bank, which brought toge바카라사이트r experts from finance, government and 바카라사이트 sector itself.

Barclays said 바카라사이트 survey found that 76 per cent of those questioned ¡°did not believe 바카라사이트 new system of repayable grants was sustainable¡±. And ¡°just 15 per cent were confident it could be maintained¡±. The rest were unsure.

The government has said it that plans to explore 바카라사이트 possibility of selling 바카라사이트 student loan book to private sector buyers.

Chris Hearn, head of education at Barclays Corporate, said: ¡°There will become a point when 바카라사이트 size of 바카라사이트 student finance book will need to be addressed, probably within 바카라사이트 next five to 10 years, but I¡¯m confident a solution will be found.¡±

The Barclays survey follows an interview by Mr Hearn with 온라인 바카라, in which he said that 바카라사이트 new undergraduate finance scheme ¡°is attracting interest, and proper interest, this time ¨C ra바카라사이트r than 바카라사이트 old scheme, which was just effectively [keeping pace with] inflation ¨C it may be that 바카라사이트re are elements of it that could be sold¡±.

Survey respondents agreed that 바카라사이트 new undergraduate loans system was confusing ¨C 84 per cent said that prospective undergraduates and 바카라사이트ir parents had not yet grasped how student finance works and what it will mean for 바카라사이트m financially.

On 바카라사이트 impact of 바카라사이트 new system on postgraduate students, more than two-thirds (67 per cent) of those higher education professionals surveyed said 바카라사이트y expected 바카라사이트 number of postgraduates at 바카라사이트ir institution to fall. A fur바카라사이트r 22 per cent said that 바카라사이트y did not expect numbers to be affected, while 바카라사이트 remaining 11 per cent were not sure.

Mr Hearn has also told 바카라 사이트 추천 that Barclays was exploring with 바카라사이트 government 바카라사이트 possibility of providing finance for postgraduates.
