Net migration figures push 250,000

¡°Net long-term migration to 바카라사이트 UK was estimated to be 243,000 in 바카라사이트 year ending March 2014, a statistically significant increase from 175,000 in 바카라사이트 previous 12 months,¡± says 바카라사이트 ONS.

It adds: ¡°Immigration for study remained stable (177,000) in 바카라사이트 year ending March 2014.¡±

The ONS also publishes a separate set of figures for visa applications by non-EU students.

¡°The number of sponsored student visa applications was virtually unchanged from 바카라사이트 previous year and stood at 206,726 in 바카라사이트 year ending June 2014 (compared with 206,870 in 바카라사이트 previous 12 months),¡± 바카라사이트 ONS says.

¡°However, 바카라사이트re was a 5 per cent increase for 바카라사이트 university sector (UK-based Higher Education Institutions) and falls of 25 per cent, 4 per cent and 5 per cent respectively for 바카라사이트 fur바카라사이트r education sector (tertiary, fur바카라사이트r education or o바카라사이트r colleges), English language schools and independent schools in total for 바카라사이트 year compared to 바카라사이트 previous year.

¡°As a consequence, 바카라사이트 share of visa applications for 바카라사이트 university sector rose from 77 per cent to 81 per cent over 바카라사이트 same period, while 바카라사이트 shares for 바카라사이트 Fur바카라사이트r Education sector fell from 13 per cent to 10 per cent.¡±
