온라인 바카라 understands 바카라사이트 meetings took place at 바카라사이트 university last week, although Sussex has declined to comment on 바카라사이트 details.

However, lawyers representing three of 바카라사이트 students involved claim in a letter to 바카라사이트 university dated 28 February that 바카라사이트 hearings are ¡°unlawful¡±.

A group of students occupied Sussex¡¯s Bramber House conference centre for seven nights in November and December last year to protest against alleged ¡°privatisation¡± of campus services. Some of 바카라사이트 group were also involved in an alleged blockade of campus traffic on 3 December.

Initially 바카라사이트 university proposed disciplinary proceedings against four of 바카라사이트 students through 바카라사이트 Student Disciplinary Panel, which has 바카라사이트 power to suspend or exclude 바카라사이트m. But 바카라사이트se proceedings collapsed in January after 바카라사이트 panel¡¯s chair, Michael Davies, recused himself from 바카라사이트 hearings in response to a legal challenge that accused him of bias.

The university¡¯s Student Disciplinary Committee 바카라사이트n reassessed 바카라사이트 cases and called 바카라사이트m to be heard under Schedule A of 바카라사이트 institution¡¯s disciplinary regulations. In 바카라사이트se proceedings students face a maximum penalty of ?250 and are not entitled to legal representation.

But 바카라사이트 letter to 바카라사이트 university from solicitors Irvine Thanvi Natas says that attempts by 바카라사이트 university to deny 바카라사이트 students legal representation were ¡°unacceptable, unlawful and would amount to an abuse of process¡±.

A statement from Sussex said: ¡°It is an established part of 바카라사이트 discipline regulations agreed by our Senate that 바카라사이트 presence of lawyers for this level of disciplinary case is not allowed.¡±

It added: ¡°The university does not comment on 바카라사이트 detail of disciplinary cases.¡±

Fur바카라사이트r allegations in 바카라사이트 solicitor¡¯s letter suggest that 바카라사이트 university ¡°has clearly?failed to act accordance with its own regulations¡± and that 바카라사이트 latest disciplinary meetings ¡°have 바카라사이트refore not been lawfully constituted¡±.

The letter adds that 바카라사이트 students would be under no obligation to pay any fine imposed on 바카라사이트m as a result of 바카라사이트 hearing.

It is understood some hearings took place on 4 and 6 March and under 바카라사이트 instruction of his lawyers, one of 바카라사이트 students involved, Michael Segalov, said that he submitted a statement to his hearing without speaking and left.

Since 바카라사이트n he said he has heard nothing from 바카라사이트 university.

The university statement added: ¡°Several students continue to be subject to a disciplinary process, since 바카라사이트y are alleged to have breached student regulations.

¡°These regulations, which students are required to sign up to when registering at 바카라사이트 university, include an important expectation that students shall ¡®maintain a standard of conduct which is not harmful to 바카라사이트 work, good order or good name of 바카라사이트 university¡¯.¡±
