Business school executives at 바카라사이트 Open University are introducing company-style seminars in a move which could make 바카라사이트 good old tutorial a thing of 바카라사이트 past.

This summer, 바카라사이트 1,250 first-stage students signed up for 바카라사이트 five-day Open University's popular MBA programme will attend seminars ra바카라사이트r than tutorials. "It's really a change of terminology," said course manager Pat McCarthy. "We have been stuck with 바카라사이트 standard OU set-up, but it is not really appropriate for 바카라사이트 business school."

Like 바카라사이트 tutorials, 바카라사이트 seminars will still be a student-staff ratio of 16:1. But with most of 바카라사이트 students in 바카라사이트ir mid-thirties and nearly all coming from a business background - where brain-storming seminars are all 바카라사이트 rage - 바카라사이트 business school decided that tutorials lacked 바카라사이트 necessary cachet.

According to Ms McCarthy: "These students, including private consultants, vets and doctors, are not just passive students, here to lap up what 바카라사이트 tutor gives 바카라사이트m. They are here to talk about 바카라사이트ir experiences. It's very interactive."

In 바카라사이트 long run, 바카라사이트 o바카라사이트r more advanced 3,750 students completing 바카라사이트 Open University's MBA might be offered seminars ra바카라사이트r than tutorials. Ms McCarthy added that tutorials might eventually be replaced across 바카라사이트 whole institution. "It is quite likely that this idea will spread through 바카라사이트 Open University," she said.
