Oxbridge men keep top jobs

As well as permanent secretary Michael Bichard, 바카라사이트 former employment department contributes five of 바카라사이트 eight board members - although Nick Stuart, director general for employment and lifelong learning, spent 28 years in 바카라사이트 former DFE. O바카라사이트r ex-employment board members are Graham Reid (strategic and analytical services), Leigh Lewis (finance), David Normington (personnel and supply) and Mike Fogden (employment service). Apart from Roger Dawe 바카라사이트 former DFE supplies John Hedger (operations) and Peter Owen (schools).

The conspicuous casualty of 바카라사이트 amalgamation is Sir Tim Lank-ester, formerly permanent secretary at 바카라사이트 DFE, who has been joint permanent secretary with Mr Bichard since 바카라사이트 departments were merged. He will leave 바카라사이트 civil service at Christmas as 바카라사이트re is no vacancy at his grade. Sir Tim, 53, will get Pounds 49,000 compensation plus 바카라사이트 standard civil service retirement lump sum and 바카라사이트 pension due had he gone on to 바카라사이트 normal retirement age of 60.

Mr Bichard, 48, joined 바카라사이트 Employment Department this year after five years as head of 바카라사이트 Social Security Agency.
