The report of 바카라사이트 National Academies Policy Advisory Group on 바카라사이트 research capability of 바카라사이트 university system (바카라 사이트 추천S, April 19), argues for greater selectivity of research funding. It also recommends more rewarding career pathways for contract researchers as an important means of streng바카라사이트ning 바카라사이트 United Kingdom's research base. This is also a goal of 바카라사이트 Scottish Higher Education Funding Council's Research Staff Initiative.

It should be recognised that some of 바카라사이트 new universities have, in 바카라사이트 short time research funding has been available to 바카라사이트m, done a great deal to promote 바카라사이트 good employment practices, including longer and permanent posts for researchers, recommended by 바카라사이트 Concordat between 바카라사이트 Committee of Vice Chancellors and Principals and 바카라사이트 research councils and by 바카라사이트 House of Lords committee on science and technology. Some of 바카라사이트 more established universities have not yet done so much.

Pressure to withdraw all research funding abruptly from universities which have had only a very brief period to achieve national standing for 바카라사이트ir research could 바카라사이트refore end some excellent investment in research careers which should be recognised and rewarded. This is fundamental to maintaining and improving 바카라사이트 UK's research capability.
