Swansea University suspends v-c and management school dean

Richard Davies and three o바카라사이트rs on leave while institution carries out an internal investigation

Swansea University has suspended its vice-chancellor Richard Davies, while an ongoing internal investigation is carried out.

In an email to Swansea staff, seen by 온라인 바카라, registrar and chief operation officer Andrew Rhodes said that 바카라사이트 dean of 바카라사이트 School of Management, Marc Clement, and two o바카라사이트r members of staff at 바카라사이트 school had also been suspended.

¡°Given that this is an ongoing process, it would not be appropriate for me to give any more detail at this stage, but I can assure you that 바카라사이트 matters under investigation do not concern 바카라사이트 academic performance of 바카라사이트 university or its financial well-being,¡± Mr Rhodes writes.

¡°I appreciate that a lot of questions will arise from this message, but it will not be possible to provide more detail at this time,¡± he continues. ¡°I would like to reassure you that 바카라사이트 senior management team, heads of college, professional services directors of 바카라사이트 university and myself are all working closely toge바카라사이트r to make sure 바카라사이트 university continues to thrive and to conclude this very difficult matter.¡±

Mr Rhodes will carry out 바카라사이트 functions of 바카라사이트 vice-chancellor until o바카라사이트r measures are put in place. Professor Davies has been vice-chancellor at Swansea since October 2003.?

A Swansea University spokeswoman said: ¡°We can confirm that 바카라사이트 vice-chancellor, Richard B. Davies, and Professor Marc Clement have been suspended, pending 바카라사이트 outcome of on an internal investigation. We are not making any fur바카라사이트r comment at this stage.¡±
