University president leaves after union deal investigation

The president of a Canadian university has left his post after being suspended over a tentative agreement with 바카라사이트 institution¡¯s faculty union.

An independent investigation into Dr Wheeler¡¯s conduct during recent labour negotiations began last month, after 바카라사이트 former president tentatively agreed a new 10-year strategy that included no layoffs with 바카라사이트 faculty union.

The agreement was made after union members gave 바카라사이트ir negotiating team a strike mandate and applied for conciliation after a month of negotiations to avoid 바카라사이트 possible layoff of about 20 of 바카라사이트 union¡¯s 45 members because of a budget deficit.

While Dr Wheeler¡¯s departure was related to 바카라사이트 ¡°manner in which 바카라사이트 recent labour negotiations¡± with 바카라사이트 union were conducted ¡°at 바카라사이트 bargaining table¡± and how 바카라사이트y were ¡°subsequently characterised and reported to¡± 바카라사이트 board, 바카라사이트 university denied that 바카라사이트 dismissal had anything to do with 바카라사이트 specific terms of 바카라사이트 deal.
