V-cs redraft quality reply

The council of 바카라사이트 Committee of Vice Chancellors and Principals last week tore up a draft letter to 바카라사이트 Education Secretary, Gillian Shephard on 바카라사이트 Higher Education Funding Council for England's proposals for quality assurance.

The draft (바카라 사이트 추천S July 3), produced by CVCP officers, was considered at last Friday's meeting. It implicity assumed that 바카라사이트 HEFCE scheme would go ahead but made a number of criticisms.

The CVCP council asked its officers to concentrate on objections to 바카라사이트 scheme, in particular 바카라사이트 control it proposed to give HEFCE over setting standards which it sees as a matter for 바카라사이트 universities.

The council also endorsed 바카라사이트 setting up of a working party to draft a its own scheme.
