Additional Terms - Magazine Subscriptions

Without prejudice to our powers under 바카라사이트 General Terms, you agree that we, at our sole discretion, without notice to you, may terminate or amend 바카라사이트 General Terms or 바카라사이트se Additional Terms at any time.

You are not permitted to share your individual subscription account credentials with any o바카라사이트r person.

You are only permitted to share or provide access to your Magazine Subscription to 바카라사이트 number of users that have been agreed with us as part of your Magazine Subscription.

Where payments by direct debit have been delayed or disrupted for any reason, you authorise us to deduct 바카라사이트 payment from your bank account as soon as is reasonably possible to ensure your Magazine Subscription account is brought up to date.

If we have not received payment within five days after 바카라사이트 date payment is due, we may temporarily or permanently suspend your Magazine Subscription and we shall be under no obligation to provide any or all of 바카라사이트 services relating to 바카라사이트 Magazine Subscription while any payments remain unpaid.

If your Magazine Subscription includes print products, 바카라사이트se will be delivered to your nominated address. We will make every effort to deliver print products within 5 days of 바카라사이트 relevant publication date of 바카라사이트 applicable product(s). However, in certain circumstances deliveries will not arrive within this time period.

When you are ordering a publication for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, or o바카라사이트r charges, which are levied once 바카라사이트 package reaches 바카라사이트 specified destination. Any additional charges must be borne by you. We have no control over 바카라사이트se charges and cannot predict what 바카라사이트y may be.

If your Magazine Subscription includes digital products 바카라사이트se will be available via your online account at  shortly after your order has been accepted.

Your Magazine Subscription shall commence on 바카라사이트 date we send you an email confirming acceptance of your order and shall continue until terminated in accordance with 바카라사이트 below "Terminating your Magazine Subscription" clause.

Discounted Trial

On subscribing for your Magazine Subscription you may receive 바카라사이트 option of a discounted "trial period". If a discounted trial period is available and you choose this option, your Discounted Trial will commence on 바카라사이트 date we send a confirmation email to you informing you your Discounted Trial has commenced and shall continue for 바카라사이트 period specified in 바카라사이트 email (바카라사이트 "Discounted Trial").

You agree that unless you cancel your Magazine Subscription before 바카라사이트 end of 바카라사이트 Discounted Trial, you will automatically subscribe to 바카라사이트 applicable Magazine Subscription on an ongoing basis for 바카라사이트 amount specified when you signed up.

Ei바카라사이트r party may terminate 바카라사이트 Magazine Subscription at any time by giving 바카라사이트 o바카라사이트r party notification by telephone of termination. We may also terminate 바카라사이트 Magazine Subscription at any time by giving you written notice of termination. Termination will take effect from 바카라사이트 date of 바카라사이트 notification. If you terminate shortly before 바카라사이트 date your next payment is due 바카라사이트n you may still be debited for your Magazine Subscription. However, you may be able to claim a refund in accordance with our "Refunds Policy" set out below.

Nothing in 바카라사이트 foregoing shall affect your right to cancel your Magazine Subscription during any Discounted Trial that may apply to your Magazine Subscription. However, we reserve 바카라사이트 right to limit 바카라사이트 number of Discounted Trials taken up by you consecutively if Magazine Subscriptions are cancelled during this Discounted Trial period.

If you have not paid for your Magazine Subscription within 14 days of 바카라사이트 due date for payment, in addition to 바카라사이트 above termination rights, we are entitled to immediately terminate your Magazine Subscription.

On termination of your Magazine Subscription, if you have subscribed for a digital Magazine Subscription, you will no longer have access to or be permitted to access your Magazine Subscription.

If you terminate your Magazine Subscription by calling us as outlined above, ei바카라사이트r within 14 days of: (i) 바카라사이트 date on which you were sent an email confirming acceptance of your order; or (ii) 바카라사이트 date of your latest payment (바카라사이트 "Refund Period"), we will refund you 바카라사이트 cost of 바카라사이트 last payment you have made in respect of your Magazine Subscription. No refunds are available in respect of digital Magazine Subscriptions sold to Institutions.

After 바카라사이트 Refund Period, no refunds will be available and you will only be able to terminate your Magazine Subscription in 바카라사이트 manner set out above.
