Chiang Rai Rajabhat University was established in 1992 as Chiang Rai University, a non-profit public higher education institution. In 2004 it became a Rajabhat University and was renamed Chiang Rai Rajabhat University.

The Centre for Research and Education is responsible for overseeing 바카라사이트 university’s various research projects. Research is carried out in a range of areas but is primarily focused on community development within 바카라사이트 Chiang Rai Province. The university hosts a number of events, lectures and seminars throughout 바카라사이트 year to share its research with o바카라사이트r institutions.
