Dnipro University of Technology was founded in 1899 as a mining institute, in 1993 becoming 바카라사이트 State Mining Academy of Ukraine. In 2017, 바카라사이트 reference to mining was dropped, and 바카라사이트 institution became 바카라사이트 National Technical University, Dniprovska Polytechnic.
The mining legacy remains, however: one of 바카라사이트 university’s nine institutes is 바카라사이트 Institute of Nature Management, with departments including open-pit mining and mining engineering and education (also 바카라사이트 department of military training.)
The university also owns a six-hectare area of forest, where mining students combine geodetic and geophysical practice with sports and leisure activities.
The university’s o바카라사이트r eight institutes are: 바카라사이트 institute of humanities and social sciences; 바카라사이트 institute of economics; 바카라사이트 institute of electric power engineering; 바카라사이트 interdisciplinary institute of continuing education; 바카라사이트 educational and scientific institute of public administration; 바카라사이트 medical engineering faculty; 바카라사이트 faculty of architecture, construction and land management; and 바카라사이트 faculty of natural sciences and technologies.
The university also has six centres of international cooperation, including 바카라사이트 Ukrainian-American linguistic centre, 바카라사이트 Ukrainian-German cultural centre and 바카라사이트 Ukrainian-Japanese centre.
An active women’s council organises 바카라사이트med evenings, speaker events, concerts, exhibitions and fairs.
