Job description:

A post-doctoral position (40 hours/week, fixed-term for 6 years) is available at &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; Institute of Developmental and Educational Psychology of &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; Faculty of Psychology. The position is assigned to &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; area of "Developmental Psychology" (Head Prof. Dr. Stefanie H?hl), which is primarily concerned with social-cognitive development in early childhood. Among o&#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;r things, we investigate &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; development of joint attention, social learning (e.g. imitation) and &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; development of action understanding and facial perception. One methodological focus is on experimental and neuroscientific research approaches (e.g. eye tracking, EEG, fNIRS).

Your future tasks:

Active participation in research, teaching & administration, which means:


	You build up an independent research profile in &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; field of Developmental Psychology.
	You are involved in research projects and scientific studies in &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; field of Developmental Psychology.
	You publish internationally and give lectures.
	You apply for projects and raise third-party funds.
	You prepare and complete a publication-ready habilitation.
	You hold courses independently within &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; scope of &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; provisions of &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; collective bargaining agreement.
	You supervise your students at &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; research unit.
	You participate in evaluation measures and in quality assurance.
	You take on administrative tasks in research, teaching and administration.

Flinders University International Centre for Point-of-Care Testing (ICPOCT) is seeking a Scientific Officer to assist in &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; coordination of &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; Rapid Applied Research Translation (RART) and First Nations Molecular POCT Program, which provides molecular point-of-care testing to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health services across Australia. Join a global leader in Point-of-Care (POC) Testing research and innovation, dedicated to improving healthcare access and outcomes for Indigenous communities and remote populations.

About You

To be successful in this role you will exhibit:


	A Bachelor of Medical Science or equivalent degree in a relevant field with subsequent relevant experience
	Experience of routine microbial pathology testing and &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; relevant national/international standards and testing requirements
	Demonstrated experience in &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; delivery and management of molecular-based point-of-care testing, including GeneXpert devices
	Ability to develop and deliver a wide range of training resources and quality management activities.
	Demonstrated practical experience in training health professionals

The International Centre for Point-of-Care Testing work collaboratively with national and international partners to improve health care, access to pathology testing, and improve health outcomes.

The Centre works to translate &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; national research and teaching expertise in &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; field of community based POC Testing to o&#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;r national and international audiences, and as a result, build &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; capacity of rural and remote communities globally (particularly Indigenous communities) to develop solutions to improve both health service delivery and patient outcomes in &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;ir communities.

To enhance and maintain &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; service offered to our diverse customers, we are recruiting for 2 Domestic Assistants position in Southampton.

The role will involve working individually or as a member of a team to deliver &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; cleaning of designated areas to ensure that &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;y are kept in a safe, clean and hygienic condition. Some of &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; duties will include kitchen cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming and dusting. You should also be willing to undertake some manual handling, bending and reaching as part of your normal duties.

The successful candidate will have a flexible and enthusiastic approach to work and enjoy working as part of a diverse and dynamic team. ?Communication skills and attention to detail is essential as this is a customer focused environment where we strive to provide &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; best service to our residents.
