	Dietetics:?Dietetics involves &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; management of medical conditions and promotion of health through application of food and nutrition. This is an exciting position?where &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; successful candidate will have &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; opportunity to work as part of an internationally leading team of researchers investigating biological bases of neuro-psychiatric and neurodegenerative disorders and &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; mechanism of action of treatments. The team has a particular interest in investigating &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; mechanism of action of cannabinoids and a key component of this program of work will involve &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; application of cutting-edge neuroimaging techniques (such as fMRI) to investigate &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; neural substrates underpinning &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; harmful effects of recreational cannabis use as well as potential &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;rapeutic effects of cannabinoids. As part of this role, &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; appointed person will be involved in ongoing or planned randomised clinical trial/s and/ or pharmacological challenge studies.

The position is ideally suited for specialty trainees (from Psychiatry/ Neurology /Geriatric Medicine) interested in developing experience and skills in clinical trials or clinical research, in addition to gaining valuable experience in neuroimaging and neuropsychopharmacology.

The successful applicant will play a key role in &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; assessment and monitoring of patients taking part in ongoing studies and along with a team of researchers will contribute to &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; collection of clinical trial and neuroimaging data. The applicant will receive appropriate training and supervision relevant to &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;ir role and will work closely with o&#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;r research and clinical staff working on &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; project/s, fostering effective working relationships with appropriate local services (e.g., Parkinson’s clinics at King’s College Hospital and Liaison and Geriatric Psychiatry at &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust). ?

The person will be based in &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; Department of Psychosis Studies, School of Academic Psychiatry, IoPPN at KCL and will work closely with Prof Sagnik Bhattacharyya (https://www.kcl.ac.uk/people/professor-sagnikbhattacharyya) and o&#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;r investigators based at King’s College London, in particular Dr Latha Velayudhan (https://www.kcl.ac.uk/people/dr-latha-velayudhan), based in &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; Psychological Medicine department at King’s College London. This is a full-time, fixed term post, currently funded for 12 months with potential for extension and an anticipated start from August 2025. About You

As a Lecturer, Medical Radiation Science (Nuclear Medicine), you'll play a key part in program delivery, curriculum development, and academic leadership within your area of practice.

Discipline of Medical Radiations

The discipline of Medical Radiations contributes to teaching and research in &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; fields of Medical Imaging, Radiation Therapy, and Nuclear Medicine, in &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; School of Health and Biomedical Sciences. The undergraduate program enables graduates to be eligible for registration to practice as Radiographers, Radiation Therapists, or Nuclear Medicine Technologists in Australia under AHPRA.

Teaching Responsibilities

In &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; role of a lecturer, &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; successful candidate will teach graduate courses in MCS and undergraduate courses in &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; CSE bachelor program. The expected workload for &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; in-class lecture conduct is 08 academic hours per week, totaling 240 academic hours per year (1 academic hour equals to 45 minutes).

Teaching should reflect current research methods and results, and comprises lectures on &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; following modules:

	Compulsory elective modules?
	Current Topics in Computer Science?
	Fundamental courses in related areas.?


The named courses are subject to change upon realistic needs of &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; programs and joint agreement between &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; lecturer, relevant Academic Coordinators, and Dean/Vice Dean in charge of teaching. Courses may requires conducting relevant laboratory activities and/or advising student projects.

The holder of this job is also responsible for supervising bachelor’s and master’s &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;ses and mentoring PhD students.

Research Responsibilities

We expect &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; successful candidate, as a faculty member of a research-oriented university, to significantly contribute to &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; scientific profile of VGU through innovation. This includes and is not limited to comprehensive activities in basic research as well as applied research in &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; fields of network security, cryptography, AI-enabled security, security in software and information privacy. The ability to apply and generate externally funded research projects is highly desirable.

Administrative responsibilities

The successful candidate is expected to contribute to &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; development of &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; Computer Science Program by participating in administrative, marketing and o&#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;r public activities of &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; program in consultation with &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; Academic Coordinator of &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; study program and &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; German partner university, namely Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. She or he is also expected to contribute actively to &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; academic self administration of &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; Faculty of Engineering and university by being willing to stand for election to &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; Faculty Council, Academic Senate and/or o&#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;r bodies.

Qualification

Candidates must hold a PhD in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or a closely related field, preferably from a well-known international university. A current title of Professor will be a plus, as will experience and understanding of &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; German higher education system and methodology. O&#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;r requirements include:


	An outstanding academic record with a focus on network security,?cryptography, information privacy or o&#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;r areas closely related to it?
	Proven expertise in encryption, zero trust architecture, security protocols,?access controls, differential privacy and data sovereignty?

	Proven teaching experience with strong self-motivation combined with a passion?for teaching and research?

As a Research Assistant, you will support cutting-edge projects in urban science, computational social science, and usability research.
