Larbi Tebessi University, located in Tebessa, Algeria, was founded as a university in 2009. Its establishment followed years of effort by 바카라사이트 university community, starting in 1985 when it was created as 바카라사이트 National Institutes of Higher Education, specialising in earth sciences, civil engineering and mining.
