About You

In this role, you'll be teaching and mentoring &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; next generation of nuclear medicine professionals while also contributing to research and staying closely connected with industry. As a Lecturer, Medical Radiation Science (Nuclear Medicine), you'll play a key part in program delivery, curriculum development, and academic leadership within your area of practice.

You'll be an active member of &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; broader medical radiations community, building and maintaining strong industry relationships that benefit both your teaching and student experience. You'll work closely with colleagues in a collaborative teaching environment and keep students and peers up to date with developments in your field. There may also be opportunities to take on course coordination responsibilities, depending on your experience and interests.

To be successful in this position, you'll have:


	Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver programs at undergraduate level, including online delivery, and &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; ability to produce high quality curriculum or program materials.
	Ability to undertake course coordination role.
	Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with and to negotiate sensitively with students, especially on issues related to effective learning.
	Emerging track record and recognition for quality research outputs which will contribute to existing Discipline and School research areas evidenced by publications, development of new research initiatives, competitive research funding, and industry links.
	Ability to build effective networks with colleagues and generate alternative funding projects through effective liaison with industry and government.
	Excellent interpersonal and communications skills toge&#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;r with a strong commitment to teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration.


Qualifications

Mandatory:


	PhD in a related field or approved AQF equivalency with relevant industry experience (a minimum of seven years of full-time practice or equivalent for appointment at level B).
	Registration or eligibility to register with AHPRA


Preferred but not essential: Completion of &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; Essentials in Tertiary Teaching Practice program or equivalent (if &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; appointed candidate does not meet this requirement at time of appointment, &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;y will be supported to complete this as a requirement to fulfil &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;ir probation).

The School of Health and Biomedical Sciences is comprised of three Academic areas, Allied Health, Applied Health, and Biomedical Sciences. Discipline of Medical Radiations

The discipline of Medical Radiations contributes to teaching and research in &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; fields of Medical Imaging, Radiation Therapy, and Nuclear Medicine, in &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; School of Health and Biomedical Sciences. The undergraduate program enables graduates to be eligible for registration to practice as Radiographers, Radiation Therapists, or Nuclear Medicine Technologists in Australia under AHPRA.

The program is structured to integrate foundation sciences, clinical sciences, and clinical skills to produce capable graduates who can practice as healthcare professionals with skills relevant to &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;ir stream. There is also a strong focus on Work Integrated Learning to ensure students are exposed to real-life clinical scenarios from &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; time &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;y begin &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;ir studies within &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; discipline. Description

The Public Health Research Center (PHRC) at New York University Abu Dhabi is seeking a Research Assistant Bioinformatician with experience in population genetics and machine learning to join its team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bioinformatics, whole-genome sequencing data analysis and predictive modelling. The role offers &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; opportunity to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary research environment alongside epidemiologists, geneticists and computational biologists. The PHRC is focused on understanding &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; factors influencing health outcomes and traits related to &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; most common non-communicable diseases in &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; UAE. This is achieved by investigating and integrating diverse data sources, including epidemiological, clinical, genetic, and multi-omic data. About You?

You are an accomplished academic in Clinical Pharmacy with


	PhD in Pharmacy or relevant discipline
	Proven track record of excellence and leadership in university-level teaching, curriculum design, and pedagogical innovation, especially within clinical pharmacy contexts.
	Distinguished record of leadership roles in quality clinical teaching at undergraduate, postgraduate and/or professional entry level.
	An established record of course coordination and in leading &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; development and continuous innovation of new programs, curriculum design and course material in &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; discipline area.
	Outstanding reputation and international profile in Clinical Pharmacy, Quality use of Medicines and/or Pharmacy Practice based research, demonstrated through high-impact publications, citations, and grant success.
	Maintained success in attracting significant competitive research funding as lead investigator.
	Exceptional record as a Principal Supervisor, guiding HDR students to successful and timely completion.
	Evidenced leadership capabilities within an academic or professional setting.
	Outstanding record of meaningful internal leadership roles in conjunction with a high level of leadership in external activities fostering links within &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; profession and relevant specialty, including substantial roles on advisory committees at a national and international level.
	Strong record of impactful engagement with government, industry, health services, and/or professional bodies.
	A registered pharmacist with &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; potential for being registered under APHRA.

We have an exciting opportunity within our Halls Maintenance Team for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join our established team to carry out &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; delivery of planned, reactive maintenance and minor small works on our Halls of Residences sites.

Main duties include:


	Undertake emergency, planned and general maintenance works such as decoration, minor plumbing including drainage, flooring and furnishing repairs, minor brick and plaster repairs, and carpentry
	Undertake investigatory fault finding and use initiative to find solutions and make repairs on a range of internal and external building fabric
	Complete works to a high standard to align to industry best practice and Health & Safety procedures including risk assessments and method statements
	Accessing work via mobile handheld devices, updating status in a live environment to capture hours worked and materials used


What we are looking for:

The successful candidate will hold a City and Guilds qualification and/or minimum NVQ 2 qualification and served an apprenticeship in one primary core building trade with &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; confidence and ability to undertake a full range of duties in at least two o&#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;r secondary building related trade disciplines. They will also have experience of maintenance and repairs in a live dynamic environment plus have a customer focused ‘right first time’ attitude and flexible approach to working. Experience of using a CAFM system to access and complete work requests would be an advantage. They should be familiar with H&S legislation and understanding of risk assessments, method statements, COSHH assessments and how to apply &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;se to planned and reactive maintenance.?

A full driving license to travel to o&#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944;r local sites is essential.??
