Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree preferably in stem cell biology, molecular biology, biomedical sciences or a related discipline. Preference will be given to those with experience in two of &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; following research fields – mouse preimplantation, embryonic stem cells, trophoblasts, and animal genetic-related research works. Applicants should have strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, be self-motivated, have &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; ability to multi-task with attention to detail, be organized and be able to work independently with a group of multidisciplinary team members. The appointee will work under &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; supervision of Professor Pengtao Liu on research projects relating to totipotency of stem cell and blastoid, targeting for translational applications.

Benefits

Awardees may receive research grants to help build a competitive research portfolio. Upon completion of &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; award, awardees will be considered for Assistant Professorship.

Awardees will also be assigned a faculty mentor for &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; duration of &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; scheme.

Project Partners facilitate smooth and efficient project planning, management and delivery, and foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. They help to ensure that programmes and projects align with &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; University’s objectives and are delivered on time, within budget, and to &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; highest quality standards. This is a hybrid role with an expectation of spending a minimum of 1-2 days per week on campus.

About you

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced individual with project management experience. Experience of working in HE is also an advantage. You’ll have experience of building relationships and contacts with a wide variety of colleagues and will demonstrate personal credibility when dealing with senior stakeholders. You’ll be able to work autonomously where needed, applying judgement and initiative when managing your workload to meet &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; long-term objectives of &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; project.

You’ll have a relevant degree or significant vocational experience, and &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; ideal candidate will also have a project management qualification.

You are an accomplished academic in Clinical Pharmacy with


	PhD in Pharmacy or relevant discipline

	Outstanding reputation and international profile in Clinical Pharmacy, Quality use of Medicines and/or Pharmacy Practice based research, demonstrated through high-impact publications, citations, and grant success.
	Maintained success in attracting significant competitive research funding as lead investigator.
	Exceptional record as a Principal Supervisor, guiding HDR students to successful and timely completion.
	Evidenced leadership capabilities within an academic or professional setting.
	Outstanding record of meaningful internal leadership roles in conjunction with a high level of leadership in external activities fostering links within &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; profession and relevant specialty, including substantial roles on advisory committees at a national and international level.
