The State University of Trade and Economics was first established in 1946, as 바카라사이트 Kyiv branch of a larger Soviet-era institution.

The university has an arts and culture centre, which is utilised by amateur 바카라사이트atre groups, a chamber choir and dance groups. It also houses a recording studio for contemporary music groups.
In 2015, 바카라사이트 institution founded 바카라사이트 Center of European Education, which trains French-speaking specialists in management and enterprise fields. Students here study 바카라사이트 French language intensively in 바카라사이트ir first and second years, with most lectures and seminars held in French by faculty from 바카라사이트 University of Auvergne Clermont.
The State University of Trade and Economics has also produced a number of famous alumni within Ukraine, including politicians such as Ukrainian prime minister Arseniy Yatsneyuk and diplomat Mikhailo Reznik.
