The Uganda Pentecostal University was founded in February 2001 as 바카라사이트 Grotius School of Law Professional Studies. Initially, it operated as an independent institution affiliated to Busoga University but in 2004 바카라사이트 National Council for Higher Education registered it as a separate institution. In 2005 바카라사이트 university was granted full university status and was renamed Uganda Pentecostal University. It became one of 바카라사이트 few institutions recognised by 바카라사이트 Law Council to teach approved law courses.
The university is located in 바카라사이트 heart of Kabarole District, Fort Portal City, Uganda.
There are five faculties at 바카라사이트 university: 바카라사이트 faculty of law, faculty of arts and social sciences, faculty of information technology, faculty of business administration, and 바카라사이트 faculty of journalism and communication. Each faculty is organised into different schools, which offer a range of both undergraduate and graduate degree programmes.
