We're looking for an Industry Research Fellow or Research Assistant to join a collaborative team working on high-impact research in defence materials and structures. You'll be part of a research team focused on large-scale structural testing of aircraft components. You'll support &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; chief investigator in delivering high-quality reports, preparing publications, and helping to share &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; findings through conferences and journals. As your experience grows, you'll take on more responsibility and contribute more independently to &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; research program. 	Emerging track record and recognition for quality research outputs as evidenced by publications, development of new research initiatives, competitive research funding, and industry links.
	Demonstrated ability to supervise higher degree by research candidates.
	Experience and/or understanding of structures and materials testing, preferably large-scale testing.
	Experience and/or understanding of basic test concepts such as load cells, actuators, strain gauges and hydraulic systems.

Platforms Division's (PD) Structures and Materials Test Centre (SMTC) is a national asset, &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; largest and best-equipped facility of its type in &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; Asia Pacific. The SMTC has, in 70+ years of operations, accumulated an impressive record of accomplishment of research and client outcomes. The latter, when measured in repair/refurbishment cost avoidance terms alone, exceeds $1 billion over several programs. About You?

You are an accomplished academic in Clinical Pharmacy with


	PhD in Pharmacy or relevant discipline
	Proven track record of excellence and leadership in university-level teaching, curriculum design, and pedagogical innovation, especially within clinical pharmacy contexts.
	Distinguished record of leadership roles in quality clinical teaching at undergraduate, postgraduate and/or professional entry level.
	An established record of course coordination and in leading &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; development and continuous innovation of new programs, curriculum design and course material in &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; discipline area.
	Outstanding reputation and international profile in Clinical Pharmacy, Quality use of Medicines and/or Pharmacy Practice based research, demonstrated through high-impact publications, citations, and grant success.
	Maintained success in attracting significant competitive research funding as lead investigator.
	Exceptional record as a Principal Supervisor, guiding HDR students to successful and timely completion.
	Evidenced leadership capabilities within an academic or professional setting.
	Outstanding record of meaningful internal leadership roles in conjunction with a high level of leadership in external activities fostering links within &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; profession and relevant specialty, including substantial roles on advisory committees at a national and international level.
	Strong record of impactful engagement with government, industry, health services, and/or professional bodies.
	A registered pharmacist with &#48148;&#52852;&#46972;&#49324;&#51060;&#53944; potential for being registered under APHRA.
