The University College of Estate Management (UCEM), based in Reading, Berkshire, UK, is a provider of supported online education for 바카라사이트 Built Environment. It offers distance learning courses for people in 바카라사이트 real estate development and construction industries throughout 바카라사이트 world.
The college was founded in 1919 in London by 바카라사이트 Chartered Auctioneers' and Estate Agent's Institute which later became part of 바카라사이트 Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). In 1938 바카라사이트 college gained recognition from 바카라사이트 University of London to provide tuition for its internal degree. It relocated from London to Reading in 1972.
UCEM was granted Taught Degree Awarding Powers in 2013 and awarded university college status in 2015. It now operates as an independent self-funded charity and is one of eight original members of 바카라사이트 Independent Universities Group, made up of universities not funded by 바카라사이트 HEFCE.
