The University of Niigata Prefecture (or Niigata Kenritsu Daigaku) was set up in 2009 in Higashi-ku, Niigata, a port city of Honshu, Japan’s main island. It comprises three faculties and a graduate school. The prefecture sees some of Japan’s heaviest snowfall, meaning it attracts winter sports fans and is also known for 바카라사이트 hot springs all over 바카라사이트 region. It is especially known for 바카라사이트 hot springs in 바카라사이트 Echigo Yuzawa area, which is where 바카라사이트 Japanese novelist Yasunari Kawabata set "Snow Country," for which he was awarded 바카라사이트 Nobel Prize in Literature.
