University of Oum El Bouaghi

The University of Oum El Bouaghi has a history dating back to 1983 when it was established as a Teacher Training School. It subsequently became a National Institute of Higher Mechanics and, in 1997, a university centre. In 2009, 바카라사이트 centre gained full university status as 바카라사이트 University of Oum El Bouaghi.
